bought a NOS chinese kit (9mm barrel, bushing, and magazine) tonight.....paid $175...probably a bit high....but if the ammo dries up like JGsales pricing indicates...I may be better off
Barrel and bushing is every bit of new....the magazine appears to have been refinished.....it has the shorter follower and a solid spacer in the rear
Hope to get a few groups out of the original vs. new setup soon
I have seen a few of these kits around, this one listed on gunbroker was NOS so I inquired....turns out he was 10 minutes from my house
Small world.....I hope that the 9mm setup doesn't affect functionality at all......The seller brought a few snap caps with him to test fit and function....seems fine
I'll find out when I get out to the farm in a weekend or so

The only one I know of for sale currently is on Calguns.net -- I think the guy wants $100 for it. You can open a 7.62 bushing up if necessary -- sometimes your existing bushing works.

Good luck -- it's cool being able to switch.
What if there were no rhetorical questions?
